Two days ago I installed a new Taskalfa 221 the next day the customer complaint when they copy document from the DP or platen glass a black vertical lines appear on paper.
When they fax document customer received vertical black lines on the document too.
So I when there to make sure the CVT glass and the platen glass are clean I notice that it happened intermittent any idea?

I'd clean the slit glass with alcohol, just in case you missed a speck. I'd also check that the shading plate is clean.

Does it have one of those black mylars on the top surface of the slit glass? It may need to be re-positioned. If it's still happening, you can adjust the shading position. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I agree with blackcat, clean the slit glass again. line up the copy on the glass which shows the line and look at the glass at an angle ie, crouch down a bit.
I had similar long ago cleaned slit glass and it looked spot less but produced a line. when I used the copy as a guide and looked at an angle I could see the problem.
Also make sure there is no fluff or something under or on the edge of the glass! if it is intermittent sounds possible something is getting moved into the paper path.

            Here's my suggestion:
Go to the Forum tab > Kyocera > Start A New Thread > then start a new thread.
When you're composing the thread it's a good idea to tell us exactly what you've done, and what settings you're using so we can provide a semi-informed response.

"It don't work! Help! Help! Help!" won't get you very far. =^..^=

I have seen a few times, the doc feed skew needs to be adjusted. The doc feed gets pulled on when machines are moved. There is one screw on right hinge that you can access when doc feed is up, loosen and adjust.
