When opening the left side door of this copier, where you go to remove misfeeds, there are two parts that swing out away from the machine. How ever the part the transfer roller is attached to doesnt swing out easy. It seems the backside of that part tends to get caught and a decent amount of force is needed to pull it out. Are all these machines like this or is there a problem that can be fixed so it no longer does this? Any help appreciated, thank you.
