C6400 is a zero-cross error. That means that there is a phase problem AC from the wall. You can reset the error in sim U163, but that won't resolve the power issue that brought about the code. This is what the manual says about C6400:

    1) Check wall outlet ground to neutral voltage. 2) Reseat YC4 @ engine PWB & YC10 @ PSU, 3) Repl engine PWB, 3) Repl PSU.

    =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        close front door
        enter on numeric keyboard: 163
        Start
        Execute

        when prompted power Off/On.

These zero-crossing errors are usually not big power problems. They are almost always caused when you have a temporary outage like from a storm. I always tell my customers to avoid this by shutting off the machine during an outage or a storm until it's stable, if possible.
