C6400 is a zero-cross error. That means that there is a phase problem AC from the wall. You can reset the error in sim U163, but that won't resolve the power issue that brought about the code. This is what the manual says about C6400:

These zero-crossing errors are usually not big power problems. They are almost always caused when you have a temporary outage like from a storm. I always tell my customers to avoid this by shutting off the machine during an outage or a storm until it's stable, if possible.
