FS-9500 hard drive format error !

Replaced a bad hard drive initally. Then replaced that hard drive with a standard 20 gig hard drive. Now the machine boots up but say theres a format error. Tried several times to format it but it fails everytime. Does anyone know what the format of the hard drive is (fat, fat 32 ) or a specific system code or factory format ?

Any hard drive I have come accross in a KM/Utax was FAT

Kyocera FAT is a specific file allocation table for use only with KM machine's, you'll need t go to an authorised Kyocera/Copystar/Mita dealer fotr the software package! ( can't wait for the reply)
