After installing all new units in a Maintenance kit I ran all the sims from the manual. The Colors are finally solid but the yellow is green and the cyan is greenish. The middle of the page also gets a black streek that is bar shaped lead to edge. The transfer unit is also new. Please advise on what this can be if any one had the same problems with this machine. Thank You

Can you post a sample? Is it possible that the yellow and cyan toner cartridges were installed in the wrong locations? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

yeah that happened but after switching them back the colors wont come back even after drum and developer refresh. I Attached the image the streak in the middle was a problem in the old belt as well except it was color blocks down the middle. Thanks for all your help black cat let me know please how this can be solvedAttached FilesLast edited by yannii33; 04-19-2011, 03:45 AM.Comment

I was just kidding about the toner cartridges. The way I recovered from wrong color toner installed was to create an electronic original that is 100% yellow fill, then print off 7 sets of 10 pages. The cyan toner will be consumed out of the yellow developer.
The new problem does indeed look like a transfer belt cleaning problem. The maintenance kit includes a new assembly. Did you install it? Did you remove the foam spacers? My bet is that one of them is hung up on the transfer belt cleaning blade.
I thought only my customers had the necessary skills to insert a cyan toner cartridge into a yellow holder. Funny! =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

I had lowered the bnias leverls by five cause of poor quality and the DVs looked solid full of color now all of the barley have any dv on them..what could that mean? I just replaced the transfer unit there was no cleaning unit??Comment
