Hi all, I have a 250ci that the customer wanted loaded up with the data security kit, the card authentication kit (TRIAL), the internet fax kit, and the printed document guard kit. Demo went great but didn't buy.
Re-demoing the machine but we removed the card reader kit. The trial is still active for quite some time so we are getting a message on the touch screen that says "CANNOT RECOGNIZE THE ID CARD READER". I just know I will get call after call about this message if we put this machine back out there.
My question - Is there any way to delete the trial for the id card authentication kit? Our Kyocera rep was unable to figure this out but I know someone must have stumbled across this...
