HP LJ M5025 MFP - Please help :)

know I know this is Kyocera Mita forum, I just did not get much response on HP forum..

Scanner is almost delaying or missing parts of pages when scanning, however, COPY and PRINT is absolutely fine

Has anyone seen this kind of issue?
see attached pdf.

Would FW solve this issue? in that case what do I need in terms of SW for FW upgrade, utility or just straight network upload? any ideas?

Is the problem from the glass or when feeding?

If its when feeding look at the mylar strip located under the ADF it is probably dirty.

It is from ADF and it has new Pick-up , feed, separation!

COPY from ADF is OK.. that means that scanning function is somehow not right although scan for copy is OK if that makes sense

stupid HP.. i think FW is buggered.
