KM-3060 (add paper to drawer 1 message)

I have a KM-3060 giving a (add paper to drawer 1) message when receiveing a fax, the tray is full and the message only pops up when receiving a fax, print and copy from tray one is fine, I'm thinking the drawer has been assigned a specific size.

Check if Tray 1 is set to the right media type. If the fax is set to color paper, then the Tray 1 also has to be set to color paper.

Also make sure it's set to Auto(inch) for paper size. Faxes tend to be stingy about that.

System Menu........common setting.........Original/Paper setup..... Cassette Setting....

        check media,type and size...

Cassette 1: Auto....paper... plain (if not using color or other media type transparency etc... )
Cassette 2: Auto....paper....Plain (if not using color or other media type)
        same for MP Trey Setting

        your problem will be solved

        Thanks and Regards
