[Misc] Utax 1125 asking to check toner cartridge

Hi all,

I have a call to do regarding the above...utax 1125 asking to check toner cart every few copies. The machine has a cartridge in that has plenty toner in it...has anyone come accross this before and if so, how did you rectify the problem?
