Got a km-3060 with a dp-670. When i feed the originals i can here the paper hitting where the scan glass goes. I tried adjusting the height and thought i had it resolved but it came back. Also the customer claims when they make copies sometimes the unit will copy on 8 1/2 x 14 instead of 8 1/2 x 11. Any ideas?
