Hello all,
I am a newbie to the copier industry, but an IT professional for the last 20 years. We have an older version of iTag/KYOcapture installed in our office that we have been using for years. Somehow we broke a link in the process. Normally we can scan documents and have them save into a sharepoint site that allows others to access the scanned documents. When I look in the process designer, where it used to show sharepoint, it shows error component. The scanning process works up until the point where it is trying to save to the sharepoint database. I get the following text in the end of the log:
4/19/2012^11:9:0^Kyocera-SPS 1^WARNING MESSAGE^Send to Folder eConnector: Send to Folder eConnector is not Activated.
4/19/2012^11:9:0^Kyocera-SPS 1^UNKNOWN MESSAGE^SharePoint 2007: An error occured during upload.

4/19/2012^11:9:0^Kyocera-SPS 1^STATUS MESSAGE^SharePoint 2007: Exiting Component (0x80004005).
Part of my problem is I do not have Sharepoint services for 2007 showing on the designer to pull it in to the process. I would appreciate any help with getting this to work again. We can still see and retrieve our old documents, but no luck on putting anything new into it.
Thanks in advance.
