    Kyocera KX Driver losing config settings

    Got brand new drivers that keep losing all feature after a couple days and having to reconfigure with finisher , job accounting etc....

      5.3 and windows server 2008 with 32bit and 64 bit drivers installed

        Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers?

          What Firmware have you got?

          Make sure you have latest firmware with latest drivers and check the time is right.

          You may need to change emulation to Auto KPDL with alternative PCL6 ( this usually gets me out of trouble)

          If it does not work, then back up your address book and accounting on USB through U917 if I remember correctly and initialise HDD through System Menu > Adjustment/Maintenance> Initialize HDD and flash Firmware and import data back on machine.

            do you have each bit version driver separately?

            32bit goes to TA(1), 64bit goes to TA(2), NOT together.
            Idling colour developers are not healthy developers.
