km 5035 faint double sided copy.

Greetings, well i have a problem with this km5035 machine. at first it was making alot of noise whenever it wanted to add toner and you good folks here helped me diagnose the problem being a faulty horizontal drive belt and some gears but now i have a slightly new problem again. the images when making double sided copies appear faint on the front face of the copy. i have tried cleaning the rollers on the duplex but still persistent. any assistance with this is highly appreciated. i am not so much of a technician but i know how to service this machine properly. thanks
