hello Friends,I cleaned the scanner unit,mirrors and len. but it still makes red copies, I think that it can be the laser unit, and my question is, how can I disassembly th.is unit to clean? waiting for your help.thanks

replace your main charge unit , on the magenta drum unit,i suppose the main charge z faulty on this drum unit.If you want to prove it sworp the charge units with another charge on diff unit,you will see the differencefailure is not an option !Comment

Before you go replacing anything let's start by narrowing down the problem.
Does it appear in scans?
Does it appear in prints?
Does it appear in U089 Test Patterns?
Until you know the answers to these questions don't replace anything. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I checked the copy and the print are too red ,but I was reading de user's manual and I found color adjustment and I follow the procedure. Now the copt is fine.thanks.Comment
