Most likely you've got a poor quality phone line. The transmitter completes the handshake, but fails during image transmission.

Like kkendric, my question is: Same destination erroring out or randomly? If it's just one destination then that destination probably has a bad local phone line. If all randomly, the transmitter probably has the bad local phone line. =^..^=

have you turned off ECM?

Does this happen on evert TX? or just to one number? You might want to perform an all clear for the Fax,U600 this will reset the Fax to factory defaults. Print phone list first.

No it just happens on and off, really dont have any other info and i will try the clear sim. thanks

I have a customer thats getting a U0115 Fax code. I looked in the book of knowledge it say { No message reception after transmission of an MCF signal.} Not real informative. Has anyone had this error and how they dealt with it.
