TA650CI ERROR C471

I have aTA650ci with c471 which cant be cleared.
have tried 08-400 reset, new induction belt and even a ih pwb.
any ideas please ?

GENTS
found fault of c471 was down to the duplex interlock switch arm being bent and not going into the machine side of the gap.
all is well with the world now.....
hope it helps someone else.
