    Kyocera Mita KMC-4035E

    Hi everyone,

    i have a Kyocera KMC-4035E works good except when I put originals in the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) the machine says (reset the originals in feeder process) I've changed ADF still the same. Even cleared the HDD I thought I'll give that a go but still the same. Can anyone help please much appreciated thanks

      Firmware? Could solve it.

      Wires / Connector ( The female connector on m/c can snap if pushed against wall, not good contact and all sorts of issue.

          If the function to scan HS, make one 906 probleme with the hard disk.

                  Service Mode 906 reset disable function. document processor was probably disabled due to an error. Afaulty HDD can give same problem, but if you can format it then it probably is not the problem.

                      What jam codes? =^..^=
                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
