Does anybody know if the cleaning blade is available for this machine? I have one with 75K on it and is leaving streaks on the drum. I hate to order a drum unit when all I need is a blade.Thanks in advance

The drum is ONLY available as a whole unit, no individual parts with can be ordered. At least not from KDA. To this day, I have not been able to disassemble this drum. If you can, please let me know.

Dis-assembly is not such a big deal, its finding the blade that's the challenge. There's a retaining ring on the drum drive coupler that must be removed, and the coupler, and the drum ground contact on the front. The drum shaft slides out the front.
But you still don't have a blade, and AFAIK it's not available separately. You might try just cleaning the blades contact edge with a Q-tip and alcohol, then re-priming the blade. Quite often, it's just foreign matter on the blade that wipes right off.
That retaining ring can be a challenge. I've broken a couple of pairs of retaining ring pliers on this kind of clip. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
