FS-6025 toner container not installed

hello guys
we try to use olivetti toner for fs-6025 after few copies "toner container not installed" massage appears and massage still appears also after installing genuien toner. machine firmware is up to date. we try to change u265 to 0,2,12,14 and same error.

So if it started out as a Kyocera Mita, sim U265 was at 02, then you changed the destination to Olivetti: 12? If the cartridge physically fits, that's all that needs to be changed. Which badge does it display in the web interface? =^..^=

I would "hope" this problem is fixed on this model, but the problem existed on the Taskalfa 255 & 305. Bad chip on the board. Only way to fix it is to replace the PWB.

I had a 2126 do this. Cleaning the black flat plate sensors on the left side under toners and reseating connections on the main PWB,, especially the flat ribbon cables, fixed mine.

I've replaced the engine pwb

Having the same issue on a Kyocera 255. I have replaced the Engine PWB and the machine comes to ready. It will make one copy and that copy stops in the fuser and gives a j0000. When I clear the jam the machine says "Check the toner container" again. Open and close the front door and machine tries to print again. It does this in an endless cycle.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I've got a lot of these in the field and have never seen the board problem, but I have seen a bad chip on an aftermarket toner. Make sure the toner works in another machine.
