[Jamming] Kyocera Mita KM2560 + finisher DF730 deceived jams !!

Hi, i have problem with kyocera mita 2560 with df730. When i want to print on finisher tray then shows immediately paper jam (but paper don't leave paper tray). When i print without finisher there aren't any problems. Could it be a firmware issue? there is fimrware 2H0_2F00.010.029 2008.02.27

Could somebody send me newest polish firmware to KM2560?

On tray A, on a ledge just above the center paper holder finger is a small black pad. Take your finger and clean the pad off and then clean the sensor above it. I had a similar problem where paper would exit and then jam up. The problem was the black pad was dusty, not enough reflection off the pad to initiate a jam, but enough to make the machine think that paper was still there.

Finisher was mounted with two different machines and give the same symptoms. I've also tried different finishers df730 ;/
