Hoping to get some help,
Have a 650c that will not come to ready. When powered on it will go to display a pic of the copier and freeze.
Tried reformatting the hdd but when we try the 08 (pwr on) and key in the 690 and press start nothing happens.
Installed new 160 gig Western Digital hd performed the 3+clear at pwr on and 3 start. Then updated fw which took succesfully.
power off and go into 08 pwr on key in 690 and a big nothing. We have tried the test print mode 04 pwr on and the display shows F100 (hdd error) Does anyone have any input or words of wisdom.
This unit happens to be at a church and I have probably said many bad words throughout this process.
