Hello !
Kyocera 5035 . I have a problem with printing from the top cassette. Sometimes a sheet of paper comes a few inches out of the cassette, and then stops. A pack of 2-4 sheets get jammed behind it. Feeding block was replaced completely.

Broken plastic from the tranny roller may have dropped down into the cavity

Check the inner door under the fuser, there should be a 1/8" projection on the front and rear of the spring loaded claw assembly.
