cs 750 - c022 after 300-400 duplex prints

I have a cs 750, doing C022 after about 300-400 duplex prints. very little work has been done to it, it has about 200k prints. i recently rebuilt the fuser drive assy. it tested well. developer has never been replaced. all harness/connectors were reconnected on the logic board. all gears look well. and rotation is not abnormal is 03-115.

im not sure if it does it only on color prints.

any input would be much appreciated.

This is a toshiba btw.
