Hi all! I have J0501 with TA-5550ci. I get it up to 220 times for 110 000 total count. After clean all pulley, it's still. I need help to fix it please. If there are services bulletin about it , I will be glad to get them. Thx all.

The Sep rollers on the pick up assemblys wear down very fast 40k approx. There are modified rollers now out, harder wearing. There are also modified springs out for the assemblys that relieves the tension slightly on the Sep rollers. This helps but it only improves life of the rollers to about 100k. Then they have to be changed.

I do not have KDAconnect account. Can you help me with it?
I replace the pulley so now it's seems to be ok.
