Kyocera TaskAlfa 6650CI jam J0545 with the PF-770

I'm having a real problem with a TA6550ci. The damn PF-770 will not work stable, i'we tried the mods for the feed assy, i'we changed the entire assy for a new one with the mods made from the factory.
It's been like this since it was new. It's now run about 150k on this side deck but with about 200 jams. J545. Now some might think that's not much, but it's been working for some time, and then suddenly the problem returns it seems.
I'm now going to change the feed, pickup and sep rollers. And check the mylar over the sep roller.

But any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

      Hi.

      Thanks for the reply.

Turns out it was just that the rollers was worn. It's been running fine after we changed the rollers. Think they have run less than 150k. (About 100k-130k).
