    Recommend model for replacement

    HI,
    I have customer who does approximently 6000-8000 prints a month.I have been looking at the Kyocera Fs 1370 DN.ALSO THE RICOH 4310N. Can you
    offer opinions as to what machine you would recommend.

          Both of those are monochrome. I like the Kyocera FS-4000, FS-4020 better. Long life consumables. Cheap to operate. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Same here. Have hundreds of these 4020 series out in the field. About the only issue on these is having to clean or replace the charge roller sometimes and I think it is because of compatible toner being used. Overall very little maintenance required.
