[Misc] taskalfa 221 jam 21 and error code C0420 some times coming

hai , friends does any one knows about this problem .this machine is my customer side .when i take the paper cassette2 ok, but casette1 some times jam 21 and sometimes C0420 error came. if i reset the u906 its ok after that some copies took same . any solution
