TA3500i and TA8000i consumables

Was wondering if any one tried TA3500i consumables in TA8000i. I have 8000i that dev unit failed in and a brand new never been used 3500i dev unit. Any advice much appreciated. Thank you.

Personally haven't tried. They have chips in the dev and drum units and may not be accepted, but that is just my opinon.
