Here's an example of it. The print out isn't gray like that, I darkened the exposure when scanning it so it would show up. You can see the marks on the back in the first couple inches on the left-side of the page. Imagine just those marks without the gray on a blank piece of paper.

I've tried replacing the developer unit and transfer unit without improvement (New developing unit made it worse). Do you think the drum unit could resolve this issue?
Honestly, I'm quite certain this is a result of the Katun toner we use despite my best efforts to tell my boss it's a bad idea. Even showed him the thread in this forum about why it's bad and he still didn't get it. Anyhow, are there any setting changes I can make to try to make the non-OEM toner work better? Also, are there any setting changes I can make to make it not stick to the fuser? (Lower fuser temp maybe?) Any advice is appreciated and thanks in advance!
