I'm pretty sure you can't store files. Flash memory is for printing only.Read user manual.

That is no problem, insert USB key in the USB connector (right hand side of operation panel cover). Wait a few moments, a message will appear in display, press "yes". Now you can see the files and folders of your key. Press the "Store File" in the lower right corner of the screen. Thats it.

Not available on the KM4050 . Print only.
