    CS 2550 CI copy issues

Had to replaced the drive unit for the transfer belt with everything back together it makes almost blank copies and prints and some like i upload
here. I have change out the transfer roller and the conveying unit that is a complete unit without the transfer roller per our regional tech
and check to be sure with have no pinch wires and still no good results. I think its a voltage issue and he says no.

So, I'm guessing you were replacing SHAFT TRANSFER CLEANING DRIVE according to the bulletin, in order to get rid of the transfer belt noise, or toner leak. You didn't have this problem before replacement? To me this looks like transfer issue. You should double check if you have fit everything correctly, and also try with another transfer unit.

It would be informative to know if the latent developed image on the primary transfer belt is crisp and dark, or presents with the image defect. It will take a few tries to emergency stop the machine at the right time, to get sample image on the transfer belt. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm sorry for omitting that but the transfer belt has a excellent image on it when I stop it, drive unit was change because
machine was jamming because it had no transfer drive.

If the primary transfer image is pristine, then it's secondary transfer loss, in which you are losing your image. What have you done with secondary transfer? =^..^=

I replaced it with a brand new one Wednesday and the conveying unit that holds it yesterday with results I upload ,
which is what it was doing after I change the drive section, also ask the customer how it was printing before it
start jamming and she said it was doing fine.

That leaves you with secondary transfer HVT leads and contacts, and HVT. Perhaps engine PWB. In that order. =^..^=

Here is a follow up on the problem for this machine, it seem that the values in 107 where way off ,set back to service manual defults
and problem solved. Regional tech and I have no idea how they got way off unless when the belt drive quit turning it try to auto correct itself,
anyway thanks for the help and I hopes this help for someone else down the road.
