had the same thing yesterday at a school ,some idiot had managed to pull the side to side guides of on one side.lift up the exit part of the unit and check that both guides are still on the rail .if not its a fun job clicking them back on.
Also make sure that your LTR (or A4) paper is loaded with the curl up (V) not down (^). That will also get you flipped corners at finisher exit. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
I was hoping for adjustments in bridge which could de-curl the paper before it comes to finisher. Like in the old finishers the pressure foamy rollers could be adjusted. Sometimes painfull but in long run with crap paper it did the trick.

Thanks I think I tried that! Used 1 rim in 2 machines same way put in the paper tray and one curled the other was flat.
Could fuser cause this issue(thinking of revision 10 if I am not mistaken)

The last Kyocera finisher I saw with the adjustable finisher de-curl was the DF-710. It was a great concept, but not as effective as the inverter de-curl on the Konica Minolta PRESS 1052.
The difficult part of de-curling crappy paper is that the enduser must consistently load the paper the same way, preferably with the package seam up (curl upward). A workaround of-a-sort is to load all paper LTR-R SEF (short edge feed). Even with crappy paper the paper grain will tend to resist curling in the long direction. You'll get less life from your consumables, but a few less service calls also.
Teachers have this really annoying way of being completely impossible to teach anything new. For example, how to consistently load paper into the tray.

Yes I had success with A4-R but funny enough, teachers didn't understand why a KM5050 with finisher doesn't curl or jam the paper and the 5500 does . Now you see what the full deal is. plus its slower which they moan about.

Seems like there is no proper way to load the crappy paper. Up or down curl one rim is OK 2nd have to flip..then again goes curly.
Was playing with the Bridge Motor 2 settings. Kind of hard to work out whether the 2nd bridge motor actually tries to stretch the paper if the steps are increased from default value. Is just hard to find settings that would actually provide significant difference.
Has anyone played with these?
