Have you run the dev setup,it runs for around 15 mins to add toner to the dev unit

Is this a main reason for this problem or might there be other little human errors that cause same problem?

Because it's a mono-component machine it takes 15 mins to add enough toner to an acceptable level.a quick check of the mag roller should tell you if it's been done

Update: you were competely right! I asked my coleague to redo process (including 15 minutes process) and suddenly everything is okay except for 1 issue: now printer gives again message to change MK. Isn't there a kind of reset to solve this wrong message?

Not sure about this model but if you go into service mode and see if there's a U251 reset
