I am looking for the firmware for a KM3650w and I am not a dealer, can anyone help? Kyocera has been very unhelpful and they dont support this machine even worse I cannot find anyone to service it for me.

There is no firmware update for the 3650 on Kyocera site. Looks to be an outdated machine. Probably time to replace.

There is no intention of illegally obtained any software or documents. Kyocera was kind enough to share the latest firmware with me, I now need some help updating the firmware if anyone knows how to do that.

then since you HAVE the firmware, try looking in forums available here for manual requests and post your request there.

then since you HAVE the firmware, try looking in forums available here for manual requests and post your request there.

Agree, FW update should be covered in SM. Can't imagine they would give you FW without instructions how to install it. If you plan to do it yourself a good advice was given by Phil. Last but not least, becoming a Contributor may help in your Manual requests.
