The screen says to attach the finisher and to close finisher door however the finisher is attached and the door is closed.

The switches have a metal strip used to help push the switch down and the metal will bend over time. Just straighten the metal strip and it should work fine.If at first you don't succeed, redefine success -

Yes, the finisher door and the switch that lets the machine know that finisher is attached. I don't remember where it's at and don't have the style of finisher here. Once you see the switches you'll know what I'm talking about.If at first you don't succeed, redefine successComment

I didn't record anything on it, but I've got a vague recollection of ordering a plastic bracket/microswitch holder. The enduser had gotten quite violent slamming the finisher. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You were spot on. Today I opened up took a look at the 2 strips and they were both bent so I straightened them out and when I reconnected the imager Voila, problem fixed. Thank you once again for you help, I greatly appreciate it.Comment
