The customer is sending print jobs to there Taskalpha 300i copier and it is taking sometimes up to several hours to print out. Is this a problem with the copier or somewhere on there network. I am assuming the copier is copying OK ruling out the hard drive... Any help would be very appreciated

unplug the network cable and ping the ip address.if you get a reply someone may be plugging in a laptop or something and pinching the ip address.
had this same problem a while ago ,they sent print jobs to the machine and they wouldnt print out till 4.30 pm.it was some one using their laptop and they went home at 4.30 pm.make sure dhcp is turned off on your machine.
