Need advice from anyone familiar with this series.... intermittent issue with paper retracting too far after cut, pushing back out of feed grip and the machine makes horrible grinding/ratcheting noise as it's trying to set paper to the ready position... does not happen every time. TBH, not really that familiar with the machine myself, did some general cleaning of excess ink etc, and quality much better, still need to figure out this issue.
