I never had the optional drawer. in any case I also tried to unplug the optional drawer connector from the mainboard but the error remains.

This is from WF-C5890 manual but should be the same procedure.
The last firmware for the WF-C5790 is CV08NC, FC6.17

Good morning, I have this printer with error code 032051, the manual says that it could be the contact of the additional drawer (I don't have the additional drawer) I also tried to disconnect the contact located under the printer from the mainboard, has anyone solved this problem? thanks .
