I have a customer with two 860s side by side, one prints a perfectly scaled image vertically and horizontally. The other is increasing the scale in the vertical, it's bigger lead to trail than it should be. I've gone through all the adjustments available in service mode. There is a Media Adjustment before entering service mode that allows vertical and horizontal magnification adjustments but I've already maxed out the vertical at 90% and it's still a good 1/8" to 1/4" off. The machine is only2 years old and not enough prints on it to believe the conveyance rollers could be worn enough. Anyone come across this before?
