I have a customer has change there server. They were scanning from this device. I have tried to fine the user name and password for the web access but have had no success. I called Okidata support and they sent me to another phone number. I left a message Thursday but have yet to get a response. Any help in directing me on how to set up scan to folder on this device would be helpful.
