    [Misc] Toner issues

    Good morning

i am wondering if there is anyone here that could please assist me or give me some advice , i have 3 olivetti 4024 machines that is giving lines on the prints , all using integral toner , i have flushed out the dev tanks and added new integral toner but 1 of the 3 still have the lines , i am guess its the integral toner causing this but what and why would it cause this , i cant attach the sampleas as the lines are to light to be seen on scan , but its almost like pencil lines from top to bottom but not straight solid lines

any advice and assistance would really be appreciated thank you

    Hi

I think that you should contact Integral. Can you take picture of printout?

First try to print 100% black pages, let say 50. If issue is there, toner which you bay is bad quality. Is this first time to use that toner? Look like toner is not for that machine or is bad.

OK, then try to print some pages if issue is there then toner is bad. Maybe was on heat, on +50C or so. Sometimes temperature in car or container is +60C. That can damage toner.
