Does anyone have any tips on how to properly replace the corona wire on a KIP 860 color plotter? Every time I try to replace a wire on these it snaps. I follow the replacement instructions per the manual, but the tension spring is so strong I have already snapped three replacements. On the black only KIPs there is an adjustment screw you can loosen to remove tension, but these don't seem to have one. I must be missing something.
