Epson WF-M21000 curl wave paper on finisher

Epson WF-M2100 with staple finisher. I get slightly wavy paper (like an accordion) at the exit from the finisher. When I reduce the speed, it is better, but that is not a solution.The problem is also visible on ordinary A4 paper, which is like an accordion along the length of the paper.

You mean the problem remains even without the finisher
