The machine shows 0 sheet printed with computer and user name when I print a page using pcl6. I am sure the correct driver is being used. If I use HP-GL/2 driver, a B&W printed, but colour image can not print out. Is there any driver called HP-GL/2 colour ? Can some one show me any compatible driver so that I do not have to call service tech. Or some one can give me service tools software so I can put PS/PCL to work? Thanks.
