KIP Techs

Are there any "seasoned" KIP techs out there? KIP America resources pretty limited to new products. Need support for an old K-27 scanner unit. Any help welcome!

I know the old KIP stuff pretty well but a little weak on the scanners. If you don't get a satisfactory answer to your questions check out this BB:

I may have the service manual for this. What type of error are you getting or what type of problem?

Hey.. I was having all sorts of issues.. the primary seems regarding a job that was in memory
BUT NOW I have more issues after doing a restore from the imbeded ghost.. It cannot find the .msi files ..
and I can get it to accept the inputs of the serial numbers for the extras.. scanner.. network .. color etc..

I think I might need a new load software.. and just overright the original.. The imbeded xp is fine/// this intial problem was condition 52 timer error
