we reset nic and that didn't do it. how would you reset the username/password on a sharp ARM 455 back to default if you didn't know it

we actualy need know a way to get username and password from machine. it was set up for another company when they leased it new but it was not return to default when sent back. default is 1234/1234 as we understand it. same machine as a sharp ARM 455 so how would you go about finding it on a sharp
