Does any one have any experience on folding machine?

It is a big industrial looks like a Phoaton torpito from Star Trek on thee side it saids PP PPS. The chain was loose so adjusted the motor now it seems ;like it wantsto turn but skips and makes all kind of noise the chain doesnt skip the motor hesitates.Any sudesstions?
