Samnsung CLX-6220 Series Scan and Fax manager problem

We've recently started using this machine in work. I had the fax forwarding (to PC), on the machine, enabled and had enabled fax recieving, in the scan and fax manager on my PC. All was working great, but then I started finding the enable fax recieving had been reset ( in scan and fax manager only, samsung machine was still set to forward faxes). I kept changing it back but a few times encountered problems. After ticking the enable box and then clicking apply, the scan and fax manager seemed to freeze and then reset, so the enable box is no longer selected. Any idea's what the problem could be? And how I could set it to permanently recieve faxes on the PC?

OS: Windows XP

What browser? Try IE. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
