i have this issue recently, and i have to replace the controller board.

SC672 Controller startup error

After power on, the line between the
controller and the operation panel did
not open for normal operation.

After normal startup, communication
with the controller stopped.

Controller stalled

Controller installed incorrectly

Controller board defective

Operation panel harness
disconnected or defective

Try powering the machine off all of the way, that should reset it it. Other wise check all of the connections on the controller board and op panel. You may need a new controller board.
